Social recruitment | Product Material Control Manager (PMC Manager)

Responsibilities:

1. Resource Coordination: Oversee plant-wide delivery planning, production planning, and material planning, and coordinate company resources to ensure on-time delivery.

2. Planning Management: Develop MPS, DPS, and other planning schedules based on order demand and R&D requirements, coordinate MRP, ensure stable supply of critical materials, handle delivery exceptions, identify potential risks, and maintain effective plan execution.

3. Efficiency Improvement: Track capacity planning, work order fulfillment, and bottleneck improvement initiatives to drive production efficiency.

4. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and optimize safety stock, inventory turnover days, and overall inventory value.

5. System Building: Build and improve operational systems, including talent pipeline development, S&OP mechanisms, delivery processes, and forecasting and risk control mechanisms.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in supply chain, industrial engineering, or management are preferred.

2. More than 8 years of experience in PP/PC/MC in the electronics or semiconductor industry, with more than 3 years of management experience.

3. Strong command of MRP, production scheduling logic, capacity planning, delivery management, and inventory control.

4. Proficiency in Excel and other data processing tools, with the ability to independently develop complex production schedules. Strong command of ERP systems such as Yonyou U8/U9 and SAP; experience with ERP/WMS implementation is preferred.
