First Batch of Equipment Successfully Installed on VIJO’ Micro LED Pilot Line

On October 13, the first batch of equipment for the Micro LED pilot line of VIJO (Suzhou) Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “VIJO”) was successfully moved in, marking a key milestone witnessed on site by the company’s team.

High-Standard Class 100 Clean Room Lays the Foundation for R&D and Production

Located in the Nano City Industrial Park, the pilot line is equipped with a Class 100 clean room. Its facility systems have undergone multiple rounds of rigorous commissioning to ensure that temperature and humidity, air cleanliness, airflow, pressure differentials, ESD protection and other critical indicators all meet national standards.
The successful installation of the first batch of equipment signifies that VIJO’ Micro LED pilot line is now officially in operation. The line is mainly focused on Micro LED applications for small-size, high-PPI AR displays and automotive displays, establishing a yield monitoring and improvement system for Micro LED development and addressing key technical bottlenecks in achieving full-color Micro LED.

Pilot Line Carries a Key Mission to Lead the Industry

The commissioning of this pilot line will further enhance the market competitiveness of VIJO’s products and enable the company to better respond to growing market demand, laying a solid foundation for subsequent large-scale mass production. VIJO has already reached cooperation intentions with several customers across the industry chain, and its core products will be gradually introduced to these customers once the production line ramps up to volume manufacturing.

With the smooth installation of the equipment, the pilot line will be fully brought into use. VIJO will further accelerate the commercialization of Micro LED technology, providing more efficient and reliable solutions for customers in China and abroad.
