Responsibilities:
1. Operate MOCVD equipment such as AIXTRON, Veeco, and AMEC proficiently.
2. Possess hands-on experience in InGaN epitaxial growth on sapphire wafers, and develop improvement solutions for reducing dislocation density and optimizing luminous efficiency issues such as V-pits. Grow blue/green epitaxial wafers with high film-thickness uniformity, luminance uniformity, and high IQE and EQE.Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree or above; outstanding candidates with a Bachelor’s degree will also be considered.
2. More than 5 years of relevant experience.
3. Major in semiconductor materials and devices, microelectronics, solid-state electronics, or a related field.
